Education/Skills Training
Murraylands regional communities and industries recognise that a skilled workforce supported by a flexible, accessible, high quality education system is an essential component of a vibrant regional economy. Existing education services, infrastructure and community commitment to education and training support further investment in post-secondary education. Research indicates that targeted education reflecting the skills and specialities of the region, with a high level e-learning facility, could attract students from overseas, and investment from public/private partnerships. The current Murraylands education system reflects innovative programs and entrepreneurial ability.
Private/Public facilities could enhance existing assets and utilise the innovative and collaborative education qualities of the region.
